Service Description

Candlelight Yin Yoga is a guided class of floor poses held for longer periods of time than a usual Vinyasa class. This practice is meant to help lengthen our connective tissue and bring overall balance and harmony to the body. The candlelight and relaxing sounds of the class, alongside a specially curated series of statically held poses will bring you to a place of peace, relaxation, and inner stillness.
