Close out New Year’s Day with a cup of adaptogenic cacao by the fire. Yes we are bringing a little bit of the outdoors inside for a cozy gathering to share in the beauty of this heart-opening drink with a new twist. By itself, cacao is full of antioxidants and aids in improving mood, oxytocin, circulation, oxygen levels, and skin and gut health. Taking the benefits even further, we will be marrying the cacao with a blend of adaptogens to bring balance and harmony within and freshly foraged Turkey Tail for immune support. No ceremony is complete without music. We will have drums and small percussion instruments, or bring your own, to join in a freestyle expression of sound.
