Fitness & Nutrition Coaching
First, I would like to tell you a little about myself.
My name is Colleen LaGasse and I have been
involved in the fitness industry for 25 years.
I am a former professional competitive bodybuilder, NASM-certified personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. Over the years I have continually sought out the opportunity to share my passion for fitness with others. In addition, I am an E-RYT500 yoga instructor, teaching yoga actively for over 8 years. In September of 2022 I felt called to open my own space to teach yoga and share my fitness experience and training with others, guiding them to become more healthy, confident, and fit. I spend most of my days bouncing between teaching yoga and personal training my in-person clients. Lately, I have been pondering how I could expand my outreach and help even more people achieve their goals. This is where the idea of providing an online platform was born.

I have never been one for cookie cutter workouts or nutrition plans. We are all individuals with different bodies, different needs and different goals. This is how my programming differs from many others. If you decide to embark upon this journey, your programming will be completely unique to you and your goals.
What is required from you:
- Follow the program- commit to yourself
- Reach out to me with your questions or concerns- I WANT TO SEE YOU SUCCEED!!!
- A one-on-one phone consultation to discuss your specific goals
- A workout and nutrition regimen designed specifically for you
- Extreme accountability; this will include you emailing me weekly with your weight and
measurements, keeping track of your macros (My Fitness Pal or other trackable app),
one-on-one weekly check in calls or texts. (This will ensure that we are progressing and
allow me to be able to tweak your nutrition and/or workouts as necessary.)
- Support and encouragement- I will be available to answer and address and concerns or
questions you may have along the way- I WANT TO SEE YOU SUCCEED!!!
What you can expect if you choose to commit:
The initial program is a $350 investment for 6 weeks of total accountability and guidance. This is a deeply discounted rate for a program with this much personal attention.
