We will begin with mantra chanting, using the vibrational power of sacred sounds to open the heart and expand consciousness. This will lead into the Hape' ceremony. Hape'; a sacred Amazonian tobacco snuff is used to clear the mind, ground the spirit and align with the divine. Through the use of this sacred plant medicine, you will be invited to release stagnant energies and connect more fully with your inner wisdom. The evening will culminate in a gong bath, as the resonant frequencies of the gong wash over you, dissolving energetic blockages and inviting profound states of relaxation and clarity. This vibrational journey will allow you to move beyond the physical into realms of deep introspection and renewal, leaving you feeling grounded and connected to your higher self.
